Ma La Xiang Guo

A decent mala dry version, most of the time there is quite a long queue. The pricing side for 2pax is about SGD 15 to SGD 20 depending on what items you choose. Seem a little overpriced n the worst things is, it is way too oily, esp when U get to the bottom (see pic)... Will not recommend n will not try again... Not sure why the Q thou, not as cheap n tasty or any outstanding... Some other mala stores are way better than this ...

If there’s a zero star this stall will deserve the zero. Extremely rude service, the money spent here really doesn’t worth the quality and service because they are not cheap to begin with. We threw the food away not eating. There were plenty of Mala xiang guo around that were worthy.

Tried this mala xiang guo because Miss Tam Jiak recommended. Boy, it was a wrong decision. - Food was too expensive (compared to other mala stalls). - cannot pick ingredients ourselves. They pick the portion for you and it's only a small portion. (3 piece of broccoli for example). - super oily even after mentioning less oil. - ordered with noodles but they forgot to give me noodles. End up had to ask them to add noodles after. Verdict: totally regretted ordering from this stall. Never trust food bloggers blindly. Wish I had checked Google reviews first. It has a much more accurate representation of the quality of the food.

Delicious mala xiang guo 麻辣香锅. I have very low tolerance for spicy food, asked for 小辣 little spicy, and turned out to be good, spiciness is acceptable for me. Taste of the mala is there too. Most of the mala food are too spicy for me even if I asked for little spicy, but this one is perfect for me. Price is reasonable too. I ordered king oyster mushroom, ox tripe, brocolli, kangkong, pork slice, mee, takeaway 杏鲍菇, 牛百叶，西兰花，空心菜，五花肉片，面，打包 total is $14.50. So I highly recommend if you like mala xiang guo, especially if you like it less spicy like me 😉
