Had the craving for curry noodles so came here for it. As it was a cooling evening that made it an overalll nice experience. Believe that it’ll get hot and sweaty having this meal on a hot balmy day. Friend had the satay bee hoon ($6 portion) it was acceptable though nothing exceptional. I had the drumstick curry mee ($7). The chicken is smooth and juicy, very nice dipping it into the sambal that you can take. The potato (1 piece) & tow pok was also very nice. Conclusion Would definitely return here whenever I have a craving for curry mee: 1. Above average taste. 2. Good value. 3. Ample carpark. Take note that they only accept cash, no Paynow/PayLah! options.

If you're looking for a "hug in a bowl" at Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre, Hock Hai is the definitive choice. This Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient is famous for a version of curry noodles that prioritizes fragrance and balance over sheer heat. The Broth: Unlike thick, viscous gravies, this is a "drinkable" curry soup—rich with coconut milk (lemak) and aromatic spices, yet light enough to finish the whole bowl without feeling overly stuffed. The Chicken: They use poached chicken that is remarkably tender and succulent, served in generous chunks. The "Flavor Sponges": The tau pok (beancurd puffs) and large wedges of potato are the stars, having spent enough time in the pot to fully absorb the savory broth. Ordering the "Bee Hoon Mee" mix is the local pro-tip; the thin rice vermicelli clings to the soup while the yellow noodles provide a satisfying chew. It’s a mild, comforting meal, though spice lovers should definitely stir in a spoonful of their signature sambal for an extra punch. Quick Verdict: At roughly $4–$6, it remains one of the best value-for-money meals in the East. Expect a queue during peak hours, but the efficient service keeps things moving fast

It is located in a Hawker centre which is generally clean & well ventilated. Always have queue for this stall The curry was thick & hot, which is good. Chicken was also tender, making me want to have another bowl soon

Requested for chicken thigh and lady said need take the $7 (large) option. Feel a little overpriced. Curry thickness is just nice, flavourful and no strong coconut taste. Steamed chicken is tender but lacked flavor. Overall can eat but not fantastic.

Always a queue at this stall. Prices are $5, $6, or $7 depending on the portion, though I went with the $5 one. The curry leans to the sweeter side and the serving isn’t particularly large. Some of the noodles were clumped together, which made it a little less enjoyable. All meat given was chicken breast.
