C餐 Fried Chicken

Visited at 11:35 AM and ordered #12 and was thoroughly impressed by their smoked chicken exceptionally juicy with a rich, smoky flavor. The chicken skin is very crispy. The rice stood out for its perfect texture: fragrant, soft, and well-seasoned. Minor Critique: - No dedicated sauce tray provided, requiring condiments (like chili) to be placed directly on the plate. Verdict: 4.5/5 – A must-try for chicken lovers, though a small upgrade in condiment service would perfect the experience. I would like to share that this was my first time and my last time buying from this stall. I bought the fish fillet rice, which, though it looks like a big piece, was very thin and overloaded with a thick layer of flour. The China lady over-fried it, and it was burnt, and overall, it was horrible—no fish taste, just a long-frozen fish, and I feel like I am eating a piece of batter! There is not even a piece of lettuce or mayonnaise for that price. Being an avid chili lover, I asked the elderly lady who was taking the order for more chili, but it was turned down, and though it was very noisy, this rude Chinese lady who was doing the frying heard me and started ranting that the chili is already a lot for one order portion. I shut her up by saying that I can use the chili from my home; otherwise, she will keep on ranting! It should be Zero rating if there is a selection; and not One - does not deserve even One! The food and service suck!

Chicken was crispy and tasty. Chicken rice was good, not too oily. The garlic chilli is quite spicy for me and it went well with the fried chicken and chicken rice.

I would like to share that this was my first time buying from this stall. Ordered #7 takeaway. When I wanted to take the 2nd type of chilli, garlic chilli, to be exact, the aunty , taking orders, refused to let me and insisted there was a pack of sweet chilli already inside the takeaway bag. Being an avid chilli lover, I was taken aback at the service received. If you don't let customers take the garlic chilli, then don't display the garlic chilli at the stall. This will be the FIRST and LAST Time I will be buying from this stall. Though the chicken was fried to perfection, the French fries were over-salted.
