Must try store at Bedok Interchange hawker centre. Friendly service. Can savour the care that went into using quality ingredients to achieve that umami taste in the paus. Must try the kou rou bao & lao mai kai. Can tarbao chilled for steaming at home. Deep fried dim sum also available.

Reasonably size of red bean pau for $1... the pau is soft and filling is not too sweet. For the price wise, the pau is considered not bad, can compare with other big brands. Can buy if u are nearby.

Classic hawker stall specializing in dim sum, and it feels like small trinkets of blessings when you eat the food; like small items here and there but so many variety available, and every piece you can tell its just made with effort and thought. Bought the Siew Mai at $1/pcs, and albeit the size is not huge, but the taste and textures were all very well balanced. You can really pop them one by one and not feel like they are bland or boring like those that you see sitting in food warmers for 3 days or more type. Overall if you are not looking for a main meal, just want to sit down, slowly savor like small items and enjoy your time this is definitely the place to go and get some snacks while watching the world rush by at Bedok Interchange.

I ordered a Pork Da Pau at a reasonable price of $2.20. The Pau was slightly juicy, but the skin was a bit thicker for my liking.

Certainly acceptable if pre-cooked (crispy stuff was cold). Everything was ok
