San Xiang Bak Chor Mee

Mine was the $6 + $1 ingredients to make it a super jumbo bowl. They are already very generous with their ingredients from what i see. I counted around 4-5 fishballs n meatballs and plenty of minced meat. All fresh. Its a 3.5/5 bowl for me, not the top but definitely above average. Spice was just lacking something. Its not getting a 4.5 or 5/5 cos i had much better Bcm. Tough market out there isnt it. Good to have if you are around here but dont need to travel purposely for this. I came from Far North Just to try this for today fyi

Very decent taste with $6 BCM and generosity of the portion. Pork liver is cook to tender and soft, not too bloody. I taste some tenderloin of the pork or hard bits which I’d dint like but i love the meatball and chewy texture of the noodle, uncle service is fast and welcoming too..

Seriously delicious with great sauce flavor and meat portion! Chilli vinegar is not too sour, has great balance of flavors. Loin meat and liver was marinated, tender and cooked perfectly. All the elements of bak chor mee executed with excellence $5 portion was very satisfying. They seem to have received Michelin gourmand for 2025

Visited 05/10/2025 Sunday morning. The following sharing are based on our unbiased personal opinion and experience BCM aka Bak Chor Mee ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Order a $4 bowl of BCM. Comes with pork liver, slice pork, pork ball and mince meat. Noodle was cooked al dente and coated with a bright red spice sauce. Looks intimidating but taste just fine. Abit lack of vinegar taste but overall okay. Broth was flavorful Follow us for a gastronomic experience and discover the world finest in its purest form

A very Singaporean bowl of Bah Chor Mee. Heavy taste of chilli and vinegar. We order a bowl of Mee Pok and a bowl of Mee Suan. Even at $4 a bowl, ingredients were plenty. Average 2 bowls every 3 minutes or at least for my 2 bowls. So do prepare to wait if there is a queue.
