ABC Brickworks Rojak

Surprised by the delicious rojak served at this stall and the quality and taste are pretty good. Auntie alone was manning the stall and we needed to wait a little longer but the wait is well worth it. The you tiao bits were really crispy and toasted perfectly.

One of the nicest rojaks I’ve eaten! Ordered signature rojak. The youtiao was warm, crispy and tasted so buttery like a croissant 🥹 taste was good overall also. Sauce consisted of mango slices which I thought was a nice touch!

We were waiting for our Western food when we came across this rojak stall. We decided to try it out and it was surprisingly good! The tau pok and you tiao were perfectly toasted, and the rojak sauce wasn't bitter at all. We really enjoyed it and it made us feel happy. What we ordered: Signature Rojak

This is the first time I had eaten at this stall and was delighted that I did. The grilled tau pok were really fresh with no rancid oil smell and crispy. Raw mango 🥭, Japanese cucumber 🥒 and bean sprouts that were all very fresh too. The assam juice, prawn paste, grated peanut and sugar were added and the paste was pretty thick but not overly sweet. The chilli was made all by themselves and pack quite a punch 👊 in term of spiciness and not for the faint hearted who would need a fire engine on standby !!! 🤣🤣🤣 I would go back to try other dishes on their menu when I am in the vicinity.
