I don't know why it took me so long to try this, but I am glad I finally did. I managed to catch a surprisingly short queue today and waited only 10 minutes for my Beef and Fish Hor Fun ($6). The hor fun was simply...divine. Even though the hor fun is pre-cooked in batches, the quality could rivalled any zhi char stall. It has a strong wok hey (not wok si) and a perfect, soft, chewy texture. The egg gravy is so well seasoned that I didn't even miss sambal belacan which I typically add elsewhere. It is no wonder they only provide cut chillies and pickled green chillies. While the toppings are nothing to rave about, they were well prepared. As someone who does not usually eat beef, I was grateful that it had no gamey smell. Using batang fish is also fair for the price. I would definitely come back for this.

The queue was quite long but worth the wait. Fried hor fun was truly excellent. The meat and shrimp were very tasty and fresh and the gravy was super delicious. One of the best! Friendly customer service too!

The best hor fun in SG. Been eating this since more than 20 years ago and its still good. Wok hei is strong, but balanced with the sauce. Beef is tender and flavorful.

No frill fried horfun. Very generous portions. Nice beef and fish. Its a must try if you are around the area.
