Environment: Ghim Moh Market is hot even at 10.30am in the morning. Food: 4 small pieces of chwee kueh at $2.80 is pricey. No wonder there wasn't any queue at all, i should have immediately recognised the red flag. The chye poh is very, very salty, and in very miserable portion. The plus point is not too oily. We won't patronize this stall again. Very disappointed with the food.

Chwee kueh is bouncy and denser than the usual. It’s not tender like Jian Bo Chwee Kueh but still nice. However I was shocked when I saw how little Cai Poh they gave. Isn’t that supposed to be the star of the dish? If they were less stingy with the cai poh, I would have given another star.

Overated. 4 piece for $2.80. Luckily only bought 2 packets of the minimum amount. Tasteless chai por. Very stingy with chai por and chilli. Ate 2 piece and threw away the other other 2. Think its the worst chwee kueh i ever bought and ate.

There are a few handmade Chwee Kway brands across Singapore, but this remains my favourite stall to date. The kueh here has a pronounced rice aroma and a silky texture. The Cai Poh topping is perfectly seasoned with a balanced sweet and savoury flavour. Even the chili is perfect—spicy and fragrant. And at $2.40 for four pieces, this is such a steal. Accepts paynow.

Good old school chwee kueh. Texture like old days. But unfortunately the operator's quirks dampen the eating experience. They give you only 1 bamboo pick. Ask for one more pick they say one is enough. This can hardly pick up the chai poh onto the kueh. Those who have eaten before knows what mean. The topping of chai poh is so miserly. If only they can improve on these quirks, I am sure business will flourish. Some people will cite high cost blah blah blah. Just note that within the same FC the CCF stall sells $2.50 for 2 rolls. They are generous with the sauce, sesame seeds sprinkle etc. give you a plastic container + chopsticks and all. Eating their CCF is a joy. Dont mind the queue too all for an enjoyable eating experience.
