One of the best YTF especially if you like laksa. The laksa taste is very special like the Nyonya type which is very aromatics. Many ingredient to choose from.

Hands down One of the best YTF, if not the best I’ve ever eaten!! The soup has little to none msg. Been eating from this same store for more than 30 years. Passed down from an old couple to current owner around 20 years ago but still pretty much retained the original taste. Personally prefer the clear soup but wife and daughter love their laksa. Top ingredients imo are the fishballs, bitter gourd, fried taukee and meatballs

A five star Yong Tau Foo worthy to be mentioned. Most people loves to patronize this stall for a few good reasons. As you open up a conversation with the owner James, you cannot help but able to find an instant friend. The friendliness of the owner are one of the main reasons many customers keep coming. James Sim has been in the food business for many years and it was about 2 decades ago he ventured into selling Yong Tau Foo (釀豆腐). After being an apprentice and learning from another Yong Tau Foo seller (to me also another grandmaster of YTFoo), he started his own 正天天釀豆腐 (Original Daily Yong Tau Foo). And the queue are long and the crowd kept coming back. His soup is very good and he steamed most of his items daily as early as 5 am onwards which has kept it's freshness. The freshness of his food can be also seen in his fishball. Pure fish meat makes the fishball chewy and delicious. Deep fried pork lard is also available upon request and you can help yourself as much as you want. But to me, the highlight of this stall is it's deep fried beancurd with meatballs. It is an understatement to say that it's a meatball because there are more ingredient in there than just meat. Crispy and delicious as I dunk it into the sauce and chilli. My take is this, have a try and enjoy the pleasure of great food
