Serangoon Soya Bean Dessert Food Stall at Ayer Rajah Food Centre is a popular spot for traditional, refreshing soya-based desserts. I tried the Soya Milk with Malacca Syrup and Grass Jelly with Sea Coconut, both of which were good. The Malacca syrup added a rich caramel flavor that really elevated the soya milk with just the right amount of sweetness. Old school dessert. Very friendly elderly store owners. We grew up, they aged gracefully…

Their soya bean is really good. Price has increased to $1.20 but it is still cheaper than many other hawker centres. Today I bought their original soya milk with less sugar. Really good and I would recommend it 🥤 Date of review: 5 Jun 2021 (Updated on 9 Jul 2021)
