There was no queue during dinner on a Tuesday, making it an easy stop. If you’re at Ayer Rajah Food Centre and craving a classic, flavorful briyani, NKS is worth a visit.

I only tried the Plain and Egg prata and I think it was good... not the best but definitely above average. The sauce is slightly too sweet for me but overall taste is good.

The roti parata was perfectly flaky on the outside yet soft and chewy inside. It had a subtle buttery flavor that complemented the richness of the creamy mutton sauce. The creamy mutton sauce was the highlight of it. The sauce was creamy without being overly heavy, allowing the flavors of the mutton and spices to shine through.
