Lovely old school Indian Muslim mee siam which is difficult to find now in Singapore. Reminds me of the 70s taste. Sedap!!!

Soup kambing is among the best in Singapore, and this stall deserves more recognition than the famous ones. The soup was flavourful and wasn’t thickened artificially like those in most places, while the mutton was fresh, tender, and generous in portion. Cash only.

Located in Ayer Rajah Food Center along West Coast. Mee Siam with mutton kuah... unique, savoury and tasty. Worth a try if you are there... Food center can b crowded and quite warm and stuffy during peak hours and warm days. Car park available on site.

I started off with mee siam - it has that old school taste but a bit lacking (could be due to short of lime). After finishing the plate, I had roti John. It was the flattened version with chopped onions and mutton pieces for $4. I topped off the day with a lime lassi. Fully satisfied now but need to exercise a bit and restrain myself for the next few days. ☺️😊🤣😝
